The first European solo exhibition of Emily Mason will open on January 10th At Almine Rech in Paris, Turenne. ‘Emily Mason – Other Rooms, Works from 1959-2017’ will span six decades of Mason’s oeuvre, highlighting her paintings on canvas, paper, and claybord, as well as her mastery in printmaking.   

On the occasion of the exhibition, Almine Rech will host a conversation between Steven Rose, Director of the Emily Mason and Alice Trumbull Mason Foundation; Erik Verhagen, curator of the exhibition; and Barbara Stehle, Emily Mason scholar. The panel will be moderated by Lillian Davies, writer and curator.

The talk will be followed by a tasting of bespoken cocktails designed by X MUSE.

‘Emily Mason – Other Rooms, Works from 1959-2017’ will be on view until March 14, 2026.
